Qualification : M.B.A. in Marketing from Premier Institutes
 
Experience : 5-8 years experience in sales from Pharma/ Medical/ Hospital industry
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Corporate Sales Revenue, International Marketing Revenue and TPA's Corporate Customer Line revenue, Profitability & Hospital Growth.
• To formulate a Sales plan, map Sales trend, and propose various Sales strategies in accordance to corporate policy of the hospital
• Should have an excellent track record of empanelling corporates .
• To lead a Sales team, develop, mentor, motivate and challenge team members to achieve sales target.
• To drive the initiatives for prospective corporate clients and come up with latest retention strategy.
• To establish and run a system driven sales set up by acquiring key corporate clients, Medical Tourism partners, relationship program with TPA's corporate customers, visiting major customers, conducting review meetings to continuously drive high performance.
• Provide leadership to meet sales targets
